Have a Mimosa Flight at the Greene Lily
After opening several years ago, the Greene Lily became a local treasure and one of the best places for brunch in Old Town Eureka. They serve breakfast all day and their menu features a wide variety of dishes with classics like eggs benedict and delicious new things to try such as vegan french toast and a breakfast burger. Drink offerings include their spin on a bloody mary (they call the red lily) and they have 9 flavours of mimosas to try.
The Greene Lily got its name from owner, Charity Desbrow's great-grandmother (Lilian Greene), whose dream was to one day open a speakeasy with the same name, raising 13 children put a damper on that idea, but years later she was honoured by her kin with this adorable eatery that bears her name.
