Mendocino Spirits Paired Dinner in the Garden

Chef Pablo Aguilar has created a special menu to pair perfectly with the outstanding spirits created by master distiller Crispin Cain at Mendocino Spirits in Redwood Valley.
Tamar Kaye and Crispin Cain will be here to talk about their spirits and the food pairings between courses and Paul Kemp will provide background music on the piano.

The Tallman Hotel is offering a special package to those wishing to stay over after the dinner: two tickets to the dinner and a regular room stay for $425 + tax ($465 tax included) or a Japanese soaking tub room for $475 + tax ($515 tax included).
